Customer service is super helpful. I've outfitted four 29 inch BMX bikes with box components brakes, levers, cables, stems. It's a high quality BMX racing product and it's super light.

Amazing build quality!
The shifter was exactly as the discribe, beautifully made can't wait to install it. Paired with a BoxOne 11 speed derailleur and BoxTwo 11-46 11 speed cassette.

Prime9 wins for durability and reliability
Well packaged and delivered on time. The components are well made and durable. I prefer the Prime9 for the increased durability and wear resistance. I had this setup on my bike for about 5 years without issue. Highly recommend if you want things to work when it's time to ride.
