My only gripe is that the most…
My only gripe is that the most expensive component in my order was the wrong piece. I ordered the “Box One-E 9s Derailleur” but received the “Box One prime 9 derailleur” which differs not only visually, but structurally according to the information posted on the Box website detailing the differences. I would like to swap for the correct component but feel unsure how to achieve this with the additional fees of shipping back and forth from Canada to the USA

If I could give zero stars I would!!! Take caution dealing with this company. They give blatant lies and misinformation and that is when they finally actually give you a response, which takes forever. My advice - go elsewhere!!

Our team has made multiple attempts by email and phone to assist you, explain the shipment, cancellation, and refund process, and provide updates as information became available. Once a payment dispute was initiated, BOX accepted the chargeback without contesting it. As a result, the return of funds is now being handled through the payment provider and banking dispute process rather than as a separate BOX refund. We have shared this information with you directly and have continued to assist where possible throughout the process. We’re sorry we were unable to reach a resolution that left you satisfied.
