What amazing Customer Service I received from Box and Tomas in particular. The information provided was quick, accurate and extremely helpful in getting my conversion from a triple front to a single for my wife's bike and mine as well. I'm excited to get the components (when they are back in stock) and make the change. Thank you Tomas!

Box Components is a company that stands behind their product. I've used their crash replacement option with 2 derailleurs that I've destroyed, leaving me with confidence that the drivetrain I purchased will last! Tomas has helped me several times in the past and his prompt responses and professionalism instills trust with the customer. This is why I still buy from Box.

I had a one off issue with a my cassette and Tomas managed to find the root cause and send the replacement parts. From the first email to the parts in my hand was 5 days from USA to Sweden. It got my bike back up together in time for racing!
