Great parts and a discount code that works for parts you actually want. That is a HUGE pet peeve for me, getting a "discount" that excludes all the good stuff... take note Jenson USA, BOX is doing it right. You guys ROCK!

Enjoy the great products, do not like the website. I was unable to use discount codes with my account. Was able to check out as a guest and get the deal. Over all solid products.

Not overly fast to get back with emails but very excellent service if calling and talking over the phone.

I ordered pre Black Friday sale at 20% off next day it as 30% off. That’s no good can I get a refund on the 10%???
Reply from BOXComponentsDec 26, 2019
Thank you for your inquiry. As the Black Friday deal was a one-day deal, the purchase or exchange would have had to be made that day. Please call us for any questions or adjustments for future sales and we are always happy to help.

I chatted with one of their customer service reps and he was very helpful. Shipping was fast and the items arrived as ordered. The only thing I would have liked is more thorough and better product information on their website.
