Finally
Finally, received order very fast. But at first try my order has been cancelled and was shown on my credit card. Sent 2 messages to you without any answer. Finally after a few day transaction disappeared from credit card, so I tried again, and this time it was 100% perfect.

Yannick: We apologize for the inconvenience. The first order was canceled as the billing address was incorrect. We did not receive any other messages but glad we were able to resolve this. Should there be any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us at 714-449-9197. Thank you for your feedback.

Easy and Clean
Website was very simple and made ordering my product easy, package (handlebar grips) came quick and unboxing was easy, packaged very intuitively. Would definitely recommend to others looking for bike parts.

Very satisfied with my 11spd groupset
Very satisfied with my 11spd groupset. The only negative I can find is the trigger is pretty stiff.

Thank you for your positive feedback. If you purchased the Box One set, our rear derailleur has tri-pack clutch built in which allows you to adjust the chain tension.

Excellent customer service, product selection, and durability
Excellent customer service, orders are processed immediately, items packed well, and shipped fast! Top quality products, great variety, and take the abuse...have lasted quite a long time through a variety of conditions and unfortunate crashes. You want something very durable yet light enough that it will not hamper performance/winning, we rely on BOX.
