Simple and easy to order. Came in pretty fast for standard shipping which I was happy about. Wish they would give out samples about other flavors to see which one would best suit you. But over all it’s a good product definitely would recommend to a friend.

So far, I enjoy using BPI Sports products - namely the Best Protein and Best BCAAs. However, for my most recent purchase, I didn't receive the correct flavor of BCAAs. I contacted customer support about a week ago or so, and I was asked to provide a picture of the product I received so that a claim can be filed. I have yet to receive a reply from customer support to confirm that the claim has been filed or a replacement with the correct flavor.

Had to wait way to go long for delivery and prices were barely the same as other places even a little more. When co rafting customer service and complained they basically said oh well there's delays sorry. Um ok I can just by your product cheaper and from someone else or switch to another brand all rogether.

Your product is awesome! But when I ordered from your site it came from Amazon and they sent me the wrong stuff I ordered best BCAA shredded and was sent best BCAA . I sent you guys an email video of the mis shipment and was emailed two days later that it was being looked at and never heard anything after that. So in that I will continue to buy your product because it is good stuff and happy with the results just a little disappointed with customer service. Thanks Adam
