Been waiting for a partial refund to no avail. Sent emails no response, I even asked for credit so I could buy more productt. Love the products for my family and employees but how can I continue to support a company that doesn't give a damn about me?

Awful service. Was sent the wrong product- sent multiple emails and a Facebook message and no response. Waste of over $30. Will never order from again.

Good product. Great flavors. Been using these guys for couple years now. Sent a couple emails to customer service that fell on deaf ears. Update: BPI was able to take care if everything shortly after my initial review. Thank you guys

Good afternoon Thank you for your customer service feedback. After looking into this I do see we did respond to you requesting images of the product and you said you had thrown it away. As this was a free unit and no longer have free units to give away we would not be able to send you another unit or reimburse you for this. I do apologize. I can offer you a 355 off coupon code you can use on our website for your next purchase. Thank you again for supporting BPI Sports. COUPON:RCMAR18

I got my supplements only 3 days after ordering, and at a great price. The supplements I got were for both weight loss and to help boost my energy/performance in the gym. It has been about 3 weeks using my supplements;accordingly to the bottles suggested use. I have lost about 6 Lbs, and my weights/sets have increased durasticly! I am absolutely loving bpi and will get more in the near future.
