Thank you for sharing this detailed feedback! We really appreciate you taking the time to help us improve. To make sure you're getting the best experience for sleep, we'd recommend sticking to sessions labeled PM, Night Time, Sleep, or Delta. These are specifically designed to support you as you wind down and drift off, without any content intended to promote alertness. We also have a dedicated Sleep category in the app that we'd recommend checking out specifically for nighttime sessions. Thanks again for being part of the BrainTap community, and please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any other questions about which sessions best fit your goals! - The BrainTap Team
