Marta and Guy were excellent to work with. Very smooth process. One issue we had was the length of time the wiring took on the tow vehicle. We were told 4 hours, arrived at 10am and were not out until about 4:30. Marta did a great job of making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed during our time there though.

Everything about our experience with Broadmoore RV was excellent. It was a well oiled machine. From sales to walkthrough to Finance, was top notch. Fred and Joe took really great care of us and made sure we had a positive experience. Thank you!

Wonderful experience! Shelbi and Service Department were outstanding. After given the run around by BD and I-90 RV, Broadmoor RV Service Department and Shelbi took over our warranty work. Very professional, caring and things finally got fixed. Parts Department is outstanding also. Highly recommend this business. Shelbi is a Gem!

All interest by sales staff was gone once our 2019 Jayco motor coach was purchased. The Coach was not ready as promised (gave two full working days) and appointment time/date had never been set up. They had stated that their service dept would completely go through the Coach to be sure everything was correct and would be completely detailed. We were asked to give them 6 hours for prep and return early evening. Coach was not prepared as promised. Appears it only got a quick outside wash and topped off the gas tank. Counters were dusty, floor dirty, etc. and things that need adjusted/fixed were not done. The two hour compete orientation with a service tech lasted a little over an hour. Most things were quickly explained, but not demonstrated to be sure we understood. There is more, but you get the idea. We can not recommend Broadmoor
