Broadmoor RV SuperStore Inc.Reviews of broadmoorrv.com

First time RV buyers, we'ved shopped many dealers, researched countless brands and received our share of advice. We shop at the Kennewick Costco and looking for an Outdoors RV dealer, we found Broadmoor RV in Pasco. They had a large selection of Outdoors RVs so we thought we'd look there. Jason Rowland was our "tour guide". He showed and explained the many models. We hadn't planned on buying that day but were totally blown away at the build quality and the dealership. Two weeks later Charles was doing the walk through with us. He was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions, I'm sure some twice! Highly recommend Broadmoor RV!

Excellent service before and after we bought our motorhome. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Our salesman (Guy Lovelady) was easy to work with and was low pressure. We appreciated the way he listened to us and helped us find the right RV. Their website was a big help too. We used it to check out the inventory and get an accurate view of what was available.

Good to work with.

Best buying experience! We have never had such a smooth, respectful vehicle purchase. Everyone treated us with great respect and appreciation. We are thrilled with our new RV and appreciate the impeccable service we received at Broadmoor.

Knowledgeable. Great prices on new RV's. Purchased my RV while living in another state and salesman had immediate upfront knowledge about what I had to do to get it home. I showed up a day early and within 30 minutes they were ready for us. Walk through with RV was a snap and informative. Financing was painless.

We have been in the market for several months, and visited multiple RV dealers in the northwest. We ended up circling all the way back to where we started. At Broadmoore we found the best deal and the best service.

Sales guy was great. service department not so. Problems not fixed that were pointed out ahead of time. Even as we did the walk through I pointed out a couple things that that didnt get fixed and they still didnt fix them. Generator had no exhaust pipe on it and was told that is how they are. Had to insist that was not right, so he checked, pipe now on order. No keys for the loading ramp door, have to be ordered. Been working on trailer last couple days fixing the little things that should have been taking care of before hand.

Broadmoor rv is the place to go if you want a great experience. I searched for a long time and went to lots of dealerships. Broadmoor rv was more concerned about me and what I wanted in a rv . Everyone from the sales staff to parts and service department and everyone who works there are awesome. I would highly recommend broadmoor rv. All staff is knowledgeable in what they sale and service. I look forward to any and all dealings I my have in the future. Thank you. Broadmoor rv Brad
