Broadmoor RV SuperStore Inc.4.3Honesty, pricing, process and quality scores appear once 5 customers have rated them.
In March 1997 Broadmoor RV was born. It started out with very humble beginnings next door to the Broadmoor Factory Outlet Mall. The Parts and Service Departments were run out of shipping containers and the sales office was run out of a rented space inside the mall. A few short weeks after Broadmoor RV's creation, disaster struck. Those native to the Tri-Cities know the destruction our windstorms can bring. The Easter Morning Storm of 1997 was one of those storms: destroying several tent trailers off the lot of a dealership just starting out. In its infancy Broadmoor RV was able to make 7 sales in its first month of business. That same year in August the dealership found its new and permanent home on two and one half acres across the street from where it all started. Two and one half acres grew over the years to 22+ acres; over nine times the size. The service department has become recognized nationally as one of the best available with over 50% of technicians being master certified. From 7 units sold a month it now sells close to 1600 annually. The lastest addition of 12 more service bays, a paint booth, collision center and expanded parts department encouraged the addition of SuperStore to the name. Broadmoor RV SuperStore has Super People, Super Service and Super Prices all in one place. Come in and let them prove it!Broadmoor RV is conveniently located near the areas of Richland, West Richland, Kennewick, Pasco and Walla Walla.

We had a great experience at Broadmore RV. We knew what we wanted to look at, and they helped us decide if that was the right motorhome for us by showing us other models they had. The whole team was great and we highly recommend Jason, Fred and the team at Broadmore!

My family had a fantastic experience with Broadmoor RV. Ryan M was our salesman and he exceeded our expectations and understood what we were looking for and what we expected. Once purchased, Jordan helped us with the walk through and he was one of the nicest people I have met and both knowledgeable and thorough. Broadmoor RV was worth the drive and we would absolutely consider them again on our next RV purchase.

I enjoyed working with Steven, he was very straight forward, no gamesmanship which I appreciated. All of the paperwork and process was done properly and on time, however the condition of the R Pod once I got it home was lacking. Some of the valences were loose as well as some other parts that will need adjusting as well as cleaning.

The folks at Broadmoor RV are the ones you want to go to when you need to upgrade or downsize your RV or if you just want to see what's available in your price range...they probably have several styles to choose from that will be exactly what you are looking for! Great, knowledgable sales staff made the whole process easy and hassle free. Check out was thorough and you could tell the staff knew their product features well. They made the whole experience trouble free and we felt like they took care of any difficulties, like adjusting towing equipment without any worries to us. The best part for our purchase was that we knew we were getting a quality product at the best published price, by far, of anywhere in the western states! This is the second new trailer purchase for us from Broadmoor and we are very satisfied and will come back again if we get the itch for another RV!

Awesome experience! Wayne and the entire Broadmoor Team were very helpful in assisting us in our first RV buying experience. No other dealer in the US came close to the price that Broadmoor offered. We are the proud owners of of a new 2019 R-Pod 189 travel trailer!
