Broadmoor RV SuperStore Inc.Reviews of broadmoorrv.com

Steven was knowledgeable, helpful, didn't care about weather, went out to the lot to show more trlrs, sense of humor, very pleasant, didn't pressure to buy bigger than what we needed.

Sales rep pleasant and eager to show us what we wanted to look at. Gave us a good deal on 2018 model. Financing/closing agent pushed hard to sell extended warranties and unable to accept a credit card for expenses over $5,000 even though card has over $11,000 credit limit.

Water heater does not work, will not lite of propane Refrigerator does not work of propane or electricity Havent tried anything else yet

Our overall experience was great although Broadmoor RV has a few areas they could work on. Sales The prices were competitive with other RV vendors, the amount of options and RVs to look at was awesome. Our sales person, Angel was very helpful. She showed us everything that met our criteria and was able to answer the majority of our questions. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to check out RVs from Broadmoor. Financing We came prepared with a letter from the bank of our choosing which helped out in the negotiation process and were able to get everything additional we asked for included in the offering price. (hitch, upgraded steps, fixed dinette table pole). The only issue I had at this time was when the female finance officer was explaining all of the different warranty options we could get. I was saying no to each one as she was saying them until we got to the second warranty line item. She then asked me if I could wait to say no until she finished reading and explaining all of the extra warranty options to me. I agreed to wait. She finished. I said no. She then began in a condescending tone to question me on my understanding of the cost cost of fixing items on an RV. Not going to lie... I was pretty ticked. I'm pretty handy and if I don't know how to fix something I find a similar or exact video on Youtube. She explained that all of the people who work in the financing department and the managers purchase the warranties. I understand that she most likely makes additional money off of each warranty plan she sells and there are certain scare tactics she uses to get people to purchase them but I don't fall for that crap. The reason I don't purchase the warranties is because I do a ton of research before any major purchase. I probably spent a combined total of over 20 hours researching travel trailers before we visited the lot and 60 more after, focusing specifically on the one we planned to purchase. The reason I don't like warranties is because it implies that the product is going to brake. Well, if the product is going to brake, I'm not going to buy it in the first place. That's why research is important. So, overall not a great experience with the lady in finance. I would implore anyone making a big purchase to do your research and price match everyone before actually making the purchase. Never make a purchase in the heat of the moment. If you're feeling pressured, walk away. Pick-up and trailer walk through Charles was our guide in the final walk through and pick-up of our travel trailer. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. We went through everything we could think of spending more time than what is most likely allotted for a walk through. Charles was great during this process. The more we looked the more we found. Charles was able to fix everything we asked him to fix and order the parts that needed to be replaced. I would recommend asking for him by name for your walk through.

We worked with Marta looking for a new RV. Marta was great and patient with us showing us various RV'S. It took us several trips to Broadmoor RV before we made a final decision. The fact that we did not endure any High Pressure sales was a factor in making our purchase from Broadmoor. After the sale we had a minor issue with our new RV, the service manager was knowledgeable and promptly sent a technician to our location to make the repair. Likewise the technician that came out was courteous and qualified, he made the repair in good order.

We visited several different times just to make sure we were sure about our rv before buying it and every time we went there our salesperson was so friendly and helpful. She gave us time to just be in the rv’s and make sure that we wwre getting the right one the first time. Service and parts departments had friendly staff that were attentive and helpful. It was a pleasure to buy from The Broadmoor team.

Guy is awesome! Made it an easy and fun experience to buy my 1st RV.
