Broadmoor RV SuperStore Inc.Reviews of broadmoorrv.com

Bought a 2018 Coachmen Prism Elite. I received a Screamin deal brokered by Angel Musick who stayed with me the entire way. The dealership normally closes at 6 pm but remained opn and Angel stayed with me until 9 pm to walk through the RV so I could get an early start the next morning. As with all new RVs, there were a series of nitnoid problems, but the overall deal and service were outstanding.

Sales rep Brad Trumpy was excellent. Brad took the time to get acquainted with me, my plans and fulfill the needs. He is very empatheic and interested in making sure the client is a “happy camper.” The walk-through with Rich went very well. Rich was thorough and made sure I was aware of all the nuances of the unit. The one bone of contention was dealing with finance. I put money down, and the unit was ordered. I received the call from Brad the unit would be in for pick-up; the paperwork had not been completed. This resulted in 4 hours of time...prossessing what should have been completed before my arrival. If it hadn’t been for the professional action of financial manager Molly Swan the whole transaction may have blown up. I was not a “happy camper.” Molly did a very good job in getting things turned around. Long story short, I have my Arctic Fox and plan on being a “happy camper”for many years to come.

Steve V. our salesman was great! He did a lot to help us out via email and phone. We came from the Puyallup area all the way to Broadmoor RV due to the value that Broadmoor RV provides. Great pricing, tons of selections, and most of all some wonderful people that make you feel right at home. This was our second purchase from Broadmoor and we recommend them all the time. The service department installed a fifth wheel hitch for us, the finance people got us through quickly so my wife and kid could go run errands, the walk through of our new fifth wheel was well done, then they set us us in the lot next to our trade in so we could move our stuff from our old RV to the new one. The next day they even ran me around in a golf cart to find our trade in so we could grab something we had forgot out of it. We will definitely refer anyone that is looking for a RV to Broadmoor.

Easy to do business with. No pressure, considerate of our needs and they make you feel like family.

Buying experice was good, very easy. Walk thru of trailer was good but pre delivery prep missed the details such as roof vent not operating properly, inspection plate under dinette not reinstalled ect. Will be bringing unit back to have roof vent reinstalled.

Selection, price, staff, all great. Thanks so much!

A lot of problems I could write a book on it.

Everyone was really nice. Ask a couple question and got the wrong information. Don't think they did it on purpose. Charles was very nice in service and went over everything with us. A few Questions since we brought the camper home and Chuck had been very nice in answering my question. Would recommend you to my friend.
