Broadmoor RV SuperStore Inc.4.3Honesty, pricing, process and quality scores appear once 5 customers have rated them.
In March 1997 Broadmoor RV was born. It started out with very humble beginnings next door to the Broadmoor Factory Outlet Mall. The Parts and Service Departments were run out of shipping containers and the sales office was run out of a rented space inside the mall. A few short weeks after Broadmoor RV's creation, disaster struck. Those native to the Tri-Cities know the destruction our windstorms can bring. The Easter Morning Storm of 1997 was one of those storms: destroying several tent trailers off the lot of a dealership just starting out. In its infancy Broadmoor RV was able to make 7 sales in its first month of business. That same year in August the dealership found its new and permanent home on two and one half acres across the street from where it all started. Two and one half acres grew over the years to 22+ acres; over nine times the size. The service department has become recognized nationally as one of the best available with over 50% of technicians being master certified. From 7 units sold a month it now sells close to 1600 annually. The lastest addition of 12 more service bays, a paint booth, collision center and expanded parts department encouraged the addition of SuperStore to the name. Broadmoor RV SuperStore has Super People, Super Service and Super Prices all in one place. Come in and let them prove it!Broadmoor RV is conveniently located near the areas of Richland, West Richland, Kennewick, Pasco and Walla Walla.

I bought from viewing online and purchased over the phone. Marta, my sales associate, was extremely awesome. I highly recommend this place to purchase new RV's.

The buying process was rushed and it was clear the salesman wanted a quick sale. We made an appointment to pick up the RV we purchased and have some work done on our vehicle. We arrived to be told they didn’t have the appropriate part for our vehicle. This cost us time, money, and a day off of work. This could have been prevented if our salesman would have picked up the phone and quickly talked to who was going to work on our car. The only thing I am happy about is the price. If people value customer service, I do not recommend Broadmoor.

I needed to order a wiper blade assembly. Not knowing the model number, requested they look it up and order them. When the pair arrived the price was over $300. While standing at parts counter, I found same item on AMAZON and could have it delivered to my home for $31.85 each (pair for $63.60) I desperately needed one as we were planning to depart and didn't have time to order on Amazon. They "worked with me" and brought the price down to $102.75 each. I relented and paid that price for one only, leaving the 2nd one on the counter. I will never be back to their parts department for ANYTHING! They acted like they were doing me a favor, by selling one, for more than $70 per wiper blade assembly than I could buy from Amazon.

The purchase of our KZ Durango from Broadmoor RV was a very smooth experience from the time we stepped on the lot. Both of the sales representatives we talked to, Angel and Guy, were pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. Most important there was no pressure. All the staff we encountered were friendly and courteous. I will definitely return when we want to upgrade.
