In March 1997 Broadmoor RV was born. It started out with very humble beginnings next door to the Broadmoor Factory Outlet Mall. The Parts and Service Departments were run out of shipping containers and the sales office was run out of a rented space inside the mall. A few short weeks after Broadmoor RV's creation, disaster struck.Those native to the Tri-Cities know the destruction our windstorms can bring. The Easter Morning Storm of 1997 was one of those storms: destroying several tent trailers off the lot of a dealership just starting out. In its infancy Broadmoor RV was able to make 7 sales in its first month of business. That same year in August the dealership found its new and permanent home on two and one half acres across the street from where it all started. Two and one half acres grew over the years to 22+ acres; over nine times the size. The service department has become recognized nationally as one of the best available with over 50% of technicians being master certified. From 7 units sold a month it now sells close to 1600 annually.The lastest addition of 12 more service bays, a paint booth, collision center and expanded parts department encouraged the addition of SuperStore to the name. Could use more counter people in the service department. Always have to wait on hold or in person.

Very happy we found Boardmoor RV. It was worth the drive from Nampa Idaho to Pasco. Not only the exceptional price but also the warm and personal sales staff. Angel and Guy were so helpful, and so very nice to work with. Angel called the next day checking to see how our trip home was, how thoughtful on her part. And not to forget about the walk thru. John was so knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He also helped me install my hitch adapter and hook up. And not to forget Molly for taking care of all the paper work, and making sure we had everything we needed to license and title are 5th wheel when we got back to Idaho. It was so refreshing to see all the people we met at Broadmoor with such a great attitude. It shows that they enjoy their job. Thanks to all of the staff at Broadmoor RV!! Happy Holidays!

Hello from Colorado! We bought a travel trailer from Matt at Broadmoor RV. We had never made a sight-unseen, out-of-state purchase and were really nervous initially. Thanks to Matt and Molly, though, our concerns were addressed quickly and precisely, and I felt confident when I left Colorado to go pick up the trailer. Dealing with Matt and Broadmoor RV was a pleasant, confidence-inspiring experience that we hope to repeat when we're closer to retirement and looking for a motorhome.

I appreciate Dave Hart’s honesty, helpful and non pushy attitude, and Broadmoor honest pricing, we were in Pasco visiting Family when we decided to lupgrade our current RV, Dave showed us some RV’s we were interested in, we had told him we wanted to look around at some othe RV suppliers, he didn’t try the this price is only for today cr@p, which is what I was expecting, but instead gave us some names of sales people he new that would take care of us, he told me he was so confident in his product that we would be back, he was right. We couldn’t come to an agreement on a trade in value so we left and went back home, we decided on the RV we wanted and I checked high and low for this RV at the same price but could not match at other suppliers. When we sold our current RV we contacted Dave and the price was still available on the RV and they even had taken another 1k off, when I check with a local dealer from where we were from, they tried to play the shell game telling us they could match the price but had hidden fees which would take the price back up, we decided to visit family again and purchase our new RV at Broadmoor, they made the process easy and affordable with no surprising extra fees. Thank you Broadmoor RV and Dave, we are truly happy campers.
