Dave was attentive, kind and easy to work with. There was no pressure, open communication and I feel really good about our new purchase. I would recommend Dave and Broadmoor RV to anyone in search of an RV.

Everyone (salesman, guy doing walk-through, parts dept. and service dept.) was friendly and made a good effort. The reason for a 3 instead of a 4 or 5 has to do with our walk-through. As part of that process, we hooked up our truck to our new (to us) fifth wheel. We are novices at this whole thing. The guy doing our walk-through was unsure if all was good with the hook up so he got his supervisor. The supervisor checked and said it was fine. Unfortunately, it wasn't. Due to weather (freezing rain), we didn't leave for two days. So, two days later, we returned, hooked up the RV and departed. To test/adjust the brake controller, we made our first stop, fortunately, going at just a slow speed. The trailer slid around some in the hitch and there was a big clunk. A little scary, not sure if it could have done damage if we'd been going regular speed. It turned out that we needed to have work done (a plate with a piece welded on) to make the trailer work right with our hitch. it took couple hours and $500 to make the piece, which seemed high for a little metal and a couple hours of labor. So we ended up delayed even more by something that should have been caught during the walk through and fixed while we waited for the weather to clear. Also, if the walk-through people aren't qualified to assess the hitch, they shouldn't be doing so. But again, they did get it fixed. Everyone was pleasant to work with.

Our salesman Steve W. was great. Very accommodating, knowledgeable and helped us view a great variety of manufacturers and floorplans. Always helpful through multiple visits. Paperwork was quick and easy. The technician (Hector) who took us through the walk through was knowledgeable, helpful and professional. Only complaint is it took far too (approx 3 - 3.5 hrs) long for the process to happen especially with an appointment in place.

I would like to say Thank You to Matt and Steve for their excellent help in the purchase of our Eagle Travel Trailer. As with all RV's you will need warranty work and ours was no exception. Broadmoor handled the warranty issues with ease with the exception of a roof repair. Jayco denied the claim. I called Jayco and they denied the claim. I then got Skylar and gen. mgr. Jim Godfrey involved. Jim called me right back and within 3 days Jayco approved the roof repair. I want to say that Broadmoor did a great job for me as a consumer and I would highly recommend them. My trailer was ready in 3 days after approval.

Excellent customer care and service. We did most of our shopping before contacting Boradmoor so we knew pretty much what we wanted. We visited the store looking for reasons NOT to buy from THEM. We couldn't find a single reason why everybody doesn't shop Broadmoor RV. It's the best dealership we visited over the last 7 months.

We did most of our transactions over the phone. When we arrived, the process was very smooth. Their service team was friendly, knowledgeable and was able to answer all our questions. What we asked for is what received. I would definitely recommend Broadmoor to a friend or family member. I also would not hesitate to purchase from them again.
