Easy to install but not sure why the original broke so quickly. Just my wife and I, both in our mid fifties, use it and it is only two years old.

Ordered the swash bidet seat from Brondell and it showed up in three days installed it myself in about ten minutes and it works great

I like the product but did have some issues with customer service supposedly being very busy but their online customer support can be trying at times. Mostly had to call in as their support is not very clear or timely

We are using a replacement unit. Our first bidet did not work consistently, even after a repair. The service representative offered us a new unit, which has functioned perfectly. We appreciate the personal service, which is rare in the current age of frustrating automated “customer service”.

What more can you ask for on on-line shopping. Some choices, clear, simple language on what each choice can deliver and a reasonable price. Delivery was simple and easy to install. I have had two friends purchase recommended products and they are very happy.
