I never thought I'd need something like a chairlift. Going up and down stairs is now possible. I appreciate being able to live at home. The installer was knowledgeable and helpful. We looked at 3 different makers of chair lift and Bruno seemed to be the one with the best reputation. We are happy with our choice.

I think they did a great job given the difficulties of our installation. However, the seat has to be able to swivel in both directions, at both the top and the bottom of the run.

The Bruno replaced an aging chair and I’m quite happy with it except the seat needs more cushioning. It was so uncomfortable I had to find a cushion to use so a nerve in my leg wouldn’t be pinched.

The chair is wonderful but I wish it would go a little faster. The installer was also wonderful and I learned from him a few more things. This is my third Bruno chair and I will always use Bruno if I should need another one.

Insulation was great. The installers were very good. The only problem was that the swivel piece would not lift and I had to modify the wall at the bottom of the steps. The lift does what it should.
