This unit is a replacement for a 15 year old Bruno chair stair seat. The older unit was wonderful I loved it as did my huband when he was alive. It was purchased by Canadian Vetrans Affairs. It died a dignified death of old age. This new Bruno is a replacement. It is more comfortable, quieter and smoother than the 15 year old model. I hope it proves over time to be as good and dependable.

The chair lift is great. The only thing that is giving me a small problem is the lift starting from the bottom then stopping after a second or two, so far I have gotten it to work after retrying.

We love it. it goes down smoothly and it looks great. Very high tech looking and accommodates our larger frames. The only problem is that I have trouble with the stop and start sometimes, and can't swing it round. I must be doing something wrong.

The stairlift is great! It does make some unusual cracking like noises, which I would prefer it did not. The installers came back and did some adjustments, but it still make the noises. The installers where the best! Very professional, answered all our questions and went over everything about the stairlift. Can’t say enough good about them! Just wish it didn’t make those noises!

The equipment (chair) is great. The rail seems to be bumpy, but could not be improved by the installer. The equipment and installation was available and completed before scheduled date.

The chair is great and will help me to age in place. My only 2 complaints are that I wish i could adjust the speed as it is so slow; especially in bad weather and also the remote control is ridiculously large! I thought I would be able to carry it in my handbag.

Bumpy ride! The two rail connections are not lined up properly. It feels a train goes over an old rusty rail. Is there an adjustment possible . Owner Horst and Sharon

Service was great, equipment works fine, except the footrest is difficult to move. Technician applied some lubricant, but it didn't help,
