The installer was very knowledgeable helpful. He worked very hard to get the lift installed within the time restriction I had. He also responded quickly when I called the next day to report an issue with the lift. He fixed it right away. Since then, I haven't had any problems with the lift.

Great product. Everyone involved were professional and friendly. All knew their product very well and answered all my questions and addressed my concerns. My stair lift was "custom" made to go around a corner . It is quite sturdy and gives you a safe feeling when using it. The installation took a second day to complete and the installation crew was experienced and showed me how to use the lift to my satisfaction. Product and people-wise I would rate 5 stars. I gave a 4 rating due to the amount of time it took to actually receive the stair lift and have it installed. I was surprised to learn the price and thought it too high but decided to go ahead and get it due to the all the reviews and information I collected. Overall. I am very satisfied with the Bruno curved stairlift and people involved and would definitely recommend Bruno and the Mobility Supercenter in Murrells Inlet, South Carolina.

At the top of the stairs the rail stops short of the landing. Fortunately, I am strong enough to make it to the landing. Also, there are 2 bumpy spots going up and going down.

They were very nice and professional. One regret is they did not emphasize the possibility that a fully automatic chair would have been possible. Perhaps I should have noticed in the publicity but it would have been nice to have that pointed out/priced...
