Installer were great. I’m not as comfortable with the location of the stop T the top of the stair. Even with manually turning the chair the exit. It feels difficult turning the chair. I think a final automatic turn would better suit the experience, plus one would not be blocking 70% of the stairwell access to non-chair users.

It's not a stairlift, it is a scooter carrier. It rattles quite a bit unless the scooter is on it.

I’m very pleased to be able to get up and down my stairs with greater ease. I’m upset that one of the stairlifts is noisy, seems to moan, groan, clink and clank. I mentioned this to the person who installed it the same day he installed it. He suggested that it would get better. It did not. He was out today to look at it. He stayed about one minute, said he did an adjustment and gave me a little song and dance. After he left everything was exactly the same. I feel as if he didn’t want to take the time to do the job correctly. The other stairlift is exactly the same and was installed the same day by a different person. It is fine. Needless to say, I’m upset about the needless noise I endure with one of my stairlifts.

Installation went smoothly, capable and polite men. The unit is just so expensive. Has been 2 weeks and my check not cashed.
