Everyone was great… patient, friendly, and took time to answer every question. Installation was fast and done well. The lift works well! The only change I might make would be the remote. When calling for the lift, I would prefer simply pushing the button instead of holding it on the whole way…

I spent many hours researching stair lifts and installation companies. I decided on a Bruno stair lift and 101Mobility. After calling their office, had appointment in a few days. Man that came out to look at the job, very nice and knowledgeable…reinforced my decision for the stair lift and 101Mobility. Installation the following week…I wish I bought one sooner. Prompt, courteous service. The installers were very kind and polite. The salesman did not point out that the stairlift would take up a lot of space on our relatively narrow staircase. We have to be extra careful getting past it.

A bit noisy and bumpy which is expected over the pieces where they are melded together. I was just hoping for a smoother experience overall.

So far the chairlift is just what we needed! Though, do you the staircase railing that I wanted left up (for me), the remaining distance is just enough for the chair and the person on it. Which means, you would need to reach over the person and the chair, to assist them to get up to reach the lever to turn the seat.
