I went to do service for my van The people who do the service don’t have any idea about the wheelchair vans service they don’t know how to know where the noise comes from so the said they changed some parts it’s cost $612 and the the noise is the same I went back to them one week later and showed them where the noise come from they take out what they put in the first time because there was need to put it and the noise stopped for only 3 days and I have the same noise again Going to them is just wast for time and money

I went to have my winter rims and tires installed. They did not clean nor bag our original rims and tires and just threw them in the clean wheelchair area of the van. A week earlier, I had our Volkswagen at the dealer for the same service. They cleaned the salt and dirt from and bagged each of the wheels/tires that they removed. And, they charged significantly less than Bussani.

5 Stars - everything went well from the reservation process to pick up and delivery

I signed a request for a disability vehicle over one year ago. I never received the vehicle which was offered by an organization. If it was mistakenly given to some one else please check it out. I am still driving a 1999 Ford Windstar on the 3rd motor replacement and stalling in traffic. The lift installed by Bussani is in constant need of repair (still stalling on lift) andis always costly.

After $200 Bill for maintenance service, the chain on the ramp snapped within 2_weeks. We took the van to Mobitity Works in East Hartford. They are excellent and told us this should have been picked up during inspection at Bussanj. Mobility Works has many locations.

very dissatisfied

I met with one of the Bussani's once at an Abilities Expo (in New Jersey) and was impressed with him and the company's offerings. On my first & only visit to their facility (in Mamaroneck, NY) I needed to replace the lift strap on my Bruno "Senior" scooter lift. They would not simply sell me the part, but insisted on taking my van into their shop "to see what was required", and tried to charge me 1/2 hour labor for simply driving the van into the work area, to which I was not permitted entrance. They replaced the strap for a charge of over $100, and grudgingly cancelled the "valet parking" charge. Upon arriving home, I discovered that they had failed to replace the bolts that held the cover on to the winch motor housing. I had to buy and install these bolts myself. When I first acquired the scooter lift, it needed a new lift strap. I was able at that time to buy a replacement part for $12 and install it myself. It is obvious that greedy Bussani Mobility is more interested in profit than in satisfactorily serving the disabled. On a scale of 10, I rate my experience with them as Zero, nada, nil, zilch. I will drive 100 miles to find some other outfit that caters to the disabled before I will ever deal with their Mamaroneck branch again. I do not know if attitude and service are any better in their Beth Page location, but I am not in any hurry to find out. Beware o' Bussani! Shame ON them
