placed an order Nov. 19, sent wrong rotors. since then i've been back and forth on the phone and via email, asking me redundant questions and requests. it is Dec.20 and still haven't gotten the proper parts to fix breaks on my car.

Not the best experience. Ordering was easy, however I had to follow up for three weeks before finally receiving my order a month after I placed it. I then saw that I could have ordered the brakes for less elsewhere but did not receive a response to my price match guarantee email.

Very disappointed that it took 5 days to be actually shipped from time of purchase which then added additional days for it actually arrive way past the allotted timeframe the website said it would take. This also delayed my scheduled appt for the work to be done since the parts didn’t arrive and now pushed the work another week with no car.
