So happy I found Calavera New York. I was able to get the diamond I wanted at a great price! The same diamond wind have cost me $2000 more if I bought it from a different company.

Hi Joanna, thank you for this! A $2,000 difference on the exact same diamond is a huge gap to close, so glad it worked out in your favor. Thank you for choosing Calavera!

I ordered a 6 carat blue diamond. Then needed a ring. You helped me design a beautiful ring. I love that it has 14K, Diamond size 6.08 ct. and my name engraved inside. When I opened the box all I could say is Wow, I am very please with the price of this diamond ring. Got it in a month with 2 day shipping as you stated in quote.

Hi David, thank you for this! A 6.08-carat blue diamond built into a custom ring with 14K gold and your name engraved inside is a serious piece, glad the design process, the price, and getting it in a month with 2-day shipping all lived up to the "wow" moment when you opened the box. Thank you for choosing Calavera!

Purchasing experience was straightforward and honest. Was a little skeptical as I’ve never bought a diamond online but the support staff made sure to answer any questions I had and even gave me pictures and videos. Thank you!

Was going to purchase a ring. Called to verify timing. Employee sounded almost annoyed in answering the phone. Told him it needed to be here in a month. He told me that it would be pushing it. But he could expedite it for an additional $300.00. I had to ask him if he had another stone sourced faster that was similar to get it sooner. He sends me the stones info and said this would be sooner. Fine it works for me, assuming no additional fee. He tells me "OH we are still going to charge you the expedition fee any how" The point was to find something that would be similar with no fee. Not to find something not what I originally wanted AND the same fee. Thanks, I ended up purchasing from rare carat for a higher price. This is how you do not treat a potential customer.

Hi Mark, we're sorry to hear about your experience with our support team, genuinely. We know it's frustrating that the fee remained after even after finding an alternative diamond, and we want to explain why. Sourcing a diamond locally versus internationally only saves a couple of days at most, the month-long timeline comes from the manufacturing and casting process itself, which stays the same no matter where the stone comes from. Guaranteeing a hard deadline like yours means recasting off schedule if anything goes wrong the first time, and that's really what the expedite fee covers. That reasoning should have been explained clearly on the call, and it clearly wasn't. We understand you went with another vendor but in the future we would like the chance to make this right. If you're open to it, reach out to us at [email protected] and we'll make sure to get it right.

They did a great job of keeping me informed throughout the whole process, they could not source my original diamond I chose so they let me choose a new diamond that was worth more than the original one and they covered the difference. Would highly recommend!!

Hi Lucas, thank you for this! We're glad the team kept you posted the whole way, and when your original diamond fell through, upgrading you to something even better (and covering the difference) is exactly how we want to handle it. Thank you for the recommendation and for choosing Calavera!

I had an amazing experience with Calavera! I bought two lab‑grown princess‑cut diamonds to make earrings, and the whole process was effortless. The diamonds were exactly as described—beautiful, identical, certified, and they arrived quickly. My local jeweler confirmed their quality and specifications and had no trouble turning them into gorgeous earrings. I’m thrilled with the results and would absolutely shop with Calavera again.

Hi Lynn, thank you for this comment! Matching a pair of princess cuts for earrings takes real precision, so we're glad they came through identical, certified, and exactly as described. Thrilled you're happy with how they turned out! Thank you for choosing Calavera!
