Very responsive, I had a question about shipping on my order and they got back to me the next day! Also my order didn’t take long to reach me only about a week when it says UPS 2 day air they mean it! ;) very satisfied with the service and my diamond! 💍

Hi Brittany, thank you! Getting a next-day answer on your shipping question is exactly the kind of responsiveness we aim for, and we're glad UPS 2-Day Air lived up to its name. So happy you're satisfied with the diamond too, thank you for choosing Calavera!

I wanted a pear diamond, and there are so many important metrics to a pear. Calavera’s site let me filter by precise measurements for all the metrics. Not all sites offered that. Plus, there was a generous return policy, so I wasn’t worried about not liking it, because I knew I could return it. I loved it, and had a necklace made.

Hi Deenah, thank you for this comment! Pear cuts really do live and die by their proportions, so we're glad our filters let you get as precise as you needed. And knowing the return window had your back while you decided is exactly the peace of mind we want to offer. Can't wait to hear how the necklace turned out! Thank you for choosing Calavera!
