Why did CallingCards increase the rate
Why did CallingCards increase the rate? Original it is 2.5cents/min, now it is 5.8cents/min. Too expensive. Hope the rate can be lowered back.

Hi Liu, The calling rate itself has not increased. However, your account is now using the Clear Choice – Free plan. Previously, you were subscribed to one of our Simple Calls plans ($0.99/week), which included a special rate for calls to China. You can find more information about our current plans and rates here: https://callingcards.com/rate-plans/China If you have any questions or need further assistance, please don't hesitate to get in touch with us.

Why did I have to find my credits ZERO and go on-line to add credits......when my card is set up for auto renewal???
Reply from CallingCards.comJul 19, 2024
Dear Bob, We apologize for the inconvenience! Most likely the Auto Recharge feature did not work if your card expired. We noticed you updated the card saved on your account once you manually placed your latest purchase. If the issue persists and your card is valid, please don't hesitate to contact our Customer Support team available 24/7. Thank you for your understanding!

Conversion rate.
Sometimes the calls are clear and sometimes not. Topping up mobile is easy but CallingCards foreign exchange rate is well below the current rates and they still charge a transaction fee.
Reply from CallingCards.comJul 11, 2023
Dear Joseph, Mobile Recharge is not a currency exchange service, it is a transfer of goods. This means it abides by other conventions and partnerships. The processing fee we have on our website is established according to agreements we have with providers in different parts of the world and they reflect multiple international payments. That's why the Mobile Recharge service we provide does not guarantee the normal rate you receive for money exchange (with your local financial institution for example). For full transparency, you are always informed of the full cost of the Mobile Recharge on the checkout page before proceeding with payment. Also, please let us know if your calling quality fluctuates constantly so we can look into it. For any questions, our Support team is available 24/7. Thank you for your understanding!

I give 3 stars because it is very annoying that there is no 1 minute warning so that I could say bye to the person that I was talking to unliked before.. For me, that is very unprofessional, very rude!
Reply from CallingCards.comApr 26, 2023
Dear Leila, We're sorry for the inconvenience. It's true we don't offer any warnings that you're going to run out of credit, but we do have a solution for you. You can always use Auto Recharge and whenever your balance falls below $5 we will automatically add credit to your account. You can activate the feature from your online account. Hope this helps! We appreciate your understanding.

Prefer to have the billing on a set day
I'd prefer to have the billing on set days of the month, like the 5th, 10th, 20th, etc so I can set up automatic payments or at least be able to remember when a payment is due. Every 30 days just doesn't work for me. After a few months it's a completely different date!
Reply from CallingCards.comFeb 14, 2023
Dear customer, Thank you for taking the time to review our service. As the Plan subscription includes 30-day billing, you will not be charged every month on the same specific day. This is not possible because it depends on the number of days included in the current month. However, you can always check your next billing date on your Dashboard after logging in. If you want to be notified 48 hours before your next billing date, all you have to do is to activate the option from your online account. Thank you for using CallingCards.com!
