Really disappointed , I paid $39.99 for a prescription refill (Nifedipine ER 60 mg). When I submitted the visit, I gave them everything they asked for upfront: three current blood pressure readings, a photo of my prescription bottle, and my pharmacy information. The visit then sat in 'Pending' for over 2 hours with no communication at all. And the only reason I found out what was happening is that I messaged them first. When a provider finally responded, they asked me for the same three blood pressure readings again — the exact information I had already submitted at the start. It was obvious nobody had reviewed my case. A paid service that advertises fast refills should not work like this. I will not use CallOnDoc again."

Last night around midnight i had UTI Symptoms and too uncomfortable to Go to the ER. After contacting Call on Doc I made it through the night And awoke to find my prescriptions Ready. I now have the antibiotic And other meds for comfort. This is a tremendous resource. What’s really Gratifying is having medical attention Which includes believing the client without difficulty.

I was able to explain exactly what I needed and what was wrong with me. They answered and prescribed medication within a reasonable amount of time. One of the prescriptions I needed had not been ordered and I was able to send a message as whether it was an oversite or whether it was turned down. I explained why I needed it. A nurse answered and said things I could do if it was not approved and it was sent to the dr again to review. I had so many issues i thought possibly it got overlooked or I had been confusing on what I needed. Well a bit later the prescription was ordered at no other cost to me other than filling the prescription. I will be using them again if I need them.
