Communication was great. There was a glitch on the website. I had to restart and insert my info multiple times. It was only when I tried to upload my photos. I suggest emailing the pictures or using a desktop. I was contacted and given instructions. I was prescribed meds within 2 days at my local pharmacy. It was really convenient.

About perfect. Within an hour I had a prescription at my pharmacy. I didn’t even talk to a doctor. Would give 5 stars but website was a little glitchy. Wouldn’t take my expiration date on my CC payment, had to refresh screen three times to make it work. And since its all automated be careful of your choices when telling them what you need because once you pay there is no going back. I would definitely use this service again.

For my overall experience over two years, I would rate Call-On-Doc about 5 but less so with my last two experiences because I have had to pay twice for the same minor issue now only to have the second doctor actually to have helped when there was no option to update a previous session for adjustment on treatment. It was unnecessary for me to pay another fee to have my therapeutic protocol modified for the same issue but I was forced to do so because Call-On-Doc has no method of re-opening a current therapy plan or even sending the doctor an update via their website. I have used Call-On-Doc about five times in over two years and I have to say that the speed of care is great. The ease of use is great, and the fact that their service used to allow well-informed users to request a specific therapeutic protocol, including medication requests, was awesome. However, Call-On-Doc seems to have moved to a system of automation that only allows for patients to select from a list of pre-approved medications that may or may not actually apply to the problem at hand. It seems formulaic and definitely too automated. There are smart people using your system after all who are well- informed enough to be competent with their own care so allowances must be made for those of us that are that do our own research, follow the scientific method of differential diagnosis, and are competent enough to understand scientific and pharmaceutical white papers to be reasonably well-informed of our own care. I would like to see Call-On-Doc revert to their former business model and allow users to submit their reasoning behind their requests for treatment -- that is not to say we know best, but rather that we are at least trying to be responsible for our own wellness, and should be consided and encouraged. Thank you for a wonderful service. Overall, I am happy with my care and have referred two other people to you and your service based on my dealings with your service alone. You're all doing great, just please allow once again the option for well-researched patients to request their own therapy and the reasoning behind it as part of the process. Thank you, Michael

This is a great alternative to going to your doctor's office. I changed jobs so I lost my insurance. Paying cash for a doctor's visit was not feasible. It's also difficult to get an appointment. The turnaround time for a response at my doctor's office was always slow. Call on Doc was very fast in responding to emails/texts. I found them online and completed the questionnaire. They asked for a few documents that I easily emailed to them. I had my prescription a few hours later. Cheaper and faster than my doctor with better customer service. Was skeptical at first, but I'm glad I gave them a try. Very happy with the service they provided.

Provided the prescription I needed. One star off for only giving two days of one med when I think three or four would have been indicated. Also the one off because after I completed everything I didn’t know what I was waiting for to know if I was getting the Rx I needed. I did though and the pharmacy that was close to my house but I had never used was excellent.

Easy to use, but no direct contact with those who are helping. Always an intermediary and somewhat unresponsive to direct question. In other words if you need a refill with no issue or question, works well, if you have questions etc lack of direct response, in particular when they hav questions and you answer only to receive an indirect answer..... Worked in a pinch.
