I like the fact that the app allows me to move at my pace and share what I am feeling at the moment.

Being helpful

Very user friendly and quick to use. The one drawback is that it doesn’t seem to explain the heavy drinker that starts in the morning out of habit and stress, without a particular trigger or event to create a loop.

I’ve only just started with Calmio but working through the exercises is insightful. The chat option seemed a bit of a gimmick before I tried it out. It’s really empathetic and you forget it’s not an actual person quite quickly. I can say yet if Calmio will work, but I’m enthusiastic about finding out.

The app was really easy to sign up for very well organized. I like that you can reach out to someone anytime of the day if you need to talk.
