As a visually impaired person there was a bit of time constraints on answering the questions. I also felt there was too many questions to get a full assessment. I believe that in my experience I want to just get through it without putting any true thoughts behind it. Therefor the answer can be skewed. I believed that a hundred questions can give you the full scope of a person's personality

This was a little too short to judge me so directly but I like the idea just wish it was longer and more in-depth

This was a quick process. I appreciated the format and the style of questions. My only negative would be that just a few of the questions seemed redundant because I'd answered something so similar a few pages back. Thanks.

Sone questions were repetitive, and not sure all applied to online work. It is different from Siri g in a group setting. Enjoyed the exercise

the exercise was enlightening I was able to resize how much the last 4 years of job experience has opened new doors and given me fresh attitudes in job performance IE: the importance of the big picture

Interesting methodology of getting to understand and know someone

Everything went well. Had no particular problem with this assessment. I have taken it before for other job applications. I am wondering how reliable is it. From what I can see, the answers to the "repetitive" questions helps to determine first of all, if you are coherent. I do admit, the result does reflect, to some point, my personality/character.

The assessment helped me showcase my skills and proving that I'm qualified for the position I'm applying for. I also got the chance to express my opinions on certain topics. Furthermore, including a typing test is a good thing to really show how fit I am and other applicants for the job.
