I recently switched from Reach to another carrier due mostly to problems with the Reach app and the website. I also found an unlimited data plan somewhere else for less than Reach's 5GB plan. Bebita helped me on the website chat. Reach customer support has always been great. Bebita was particularly helpful, professional, and knowledgeable.

I agree that customer service is usually very good but there are some big problems in my view with this service. #1 if you even think you are going to need international service think again. Every trip I've gone on I've made clear in advance and they have assured me and I have arrived in location with no service. It had taken at least a week in said location with many texts back and forth before it is fixed. #2 app doesn't work and there is no way to log in because it's never heard of me. My email address is not a customer. So now what? The customer service is nice but I just really don't want basic things to not work. Sorry reach, I wish you were way better. So if you never go anywhere and don't care to check your bill or change your payment info this might work for you.

They have the best customer service via chat. Very responsive, helpful, knowledgeable people. This time, thank you to Mohammad and Steffy. Honestly, all the people who have helped me over the years have been great. Their phone and data service is tolerable, not great, but at least for now, will continue to stay with them because of the EXCELLENT customer service they provide.

Support is non-existent! After countless hours attempting to enter the site, I'm told they do not support my phone go to AT&T I will leave today, but not to his suggestion!

They do not pay you for internet that you do not use, as was advertised. Websites do not allow you to do anything, but see your profile. Customer rep who I had to call was rude and laughed at me.
