Failed to send required CCA portal…
Failed to send required CCA portal email. Response is typical. Not our fault. The email from CCA is triggered by steps the provider takes. I never received the email. Did the provider check that they did everything? Of course not. Just said it was in spam, as if everyone doesn’t look there first. I will get my certification elsewhere next time and recommend the same to those I speak to moving forward. Take responsibility and check into what happened before providing useless flippant answers.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. The CCA portal email is sent directly from the State, not from us. It is automatically sent as soon as the provider submits the certificate to the state. It ends up in spam or junk 100% of the time. We know registering with the CCA and accessing Digital ID can be difficult so our team downloads the Digital ID card and sends it by email. It can be used immediately at any licensed dispensary in Virginia. This makes it so registering with the CCA is not necessary to purchase from dispensaries. The only way to find out allotment information is to contact the dispensary where purchases are made. They are the only ones that keep a record of this. The benefit of registration is being able to see the actual written certification the provider submitted. The written certification cannot be used to enter a dispensary (only the digital ID card can do that). Our team can also send this directly by email when requested. I will have our office administrator reach out to assist you.
