The metal prints turned out great! The customer service needs a bit of work. I emailed a few times and it took several days to hear back. I realize there is a time difference. On that note, because there is a Chicago address, I assumed that it was a US company. Not until I got the notification of receiving the order did I see that they were out of New Zeland. Shipping said it would be 5-10 business days. It took almost a month to get it.

Did not realize order was processed in India, but the quality was good- the 12x16 was just shy of those dimensions, but I think I can make it work in the frame.

The pictures look very good. Service was a little slow.

Fast service

The product I chose was beautifully crafted and I did pay for the expert design services $9.95. It was worth having the experts fine tune my design. I definitely would choose Canvas Factory for future projects except that the account I setup was breached and many scam artists made havoc in my email and where else I don’t want to imagine. My iPhone security alerted me to this problem. I’m sorry this happened. Hopefully the company can resolve the problem and get back to making great products.

The print is very nice but after hanging on my wall for 3 days the backing type off and it fell off the wall. The canvas is on a cardboard frame, NO wood. Any humidity in the air will wilt the cardboard.
