Hello valued customer, we are sorry to hear this. Why haven't you initiated a return for the part if it's not compatible with yours? We have no record of this issue; we only learned about it through this comment. We invite you to contact us so we can find a solution.

I entered my vehicle specifications into Car Mall’s website and was shown a picture of a part that was supposedly compatible with my vehicle. Based on the information they provided, I placed the order. The item arrived quickly, but the part they sent was completely wrong. After contacting customer service, they eventually admitted they did not actually have the correct part I needed — yet they sent me a different item anyway. What makes this even more frustrating is that they refused to provide a prepaid return label and expected me to pay the return shipping costs for their mistake. If a company sends the wrong item because of their own error and knowingly substitutes an incorrect part, the customer should not have to pay to return it. Very disappointing experience and poor customer service.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and regret that your experience did not meet your expectations. We would like to clarify that while we provide free shipping on orders, our standard store policy requires customers to cover return shipping fees. In this specific case, the sun visor itself was compatible with your vehicle; however, there was a difference in the plug shape (triangular vs. square connector), which was detailed in the listing photos of the item selected during checkout. Since we currently do not have another unit with your exact connector type to offer a direct exchange, the best course of action is to initiate a return. To ensure your satisfaction and resolve this misunderstanding, you will receive a full refund for your purchase. Our customer service team is fully available to guide you through this process quickly. We highly appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve our customer support and listing accuracy.

I ordered a part and the wrong part was sent to me, things happen. I immediately contacted the seller through email and to my pleasant surprise the seller contacted me asap! They were very responsive and immediately refunded my money due to they no longer had the part I needed. I would buy from them if needed due to their customer service.

I purchased a hard to find used part. It was packaged well, it shipped quickly, and it arrived as described. I was thrilled. It also came with instructions on how to get instant support if I had any issues. I will shop here again.
