Pretty easy with the kit you send

We're glad the shipping kit made everything so simple. Having everything you need arrive ready to go takes the guesswork out of the process, so all that's left is packing your items and sending them off. Thanks for choosing Cash for Silver USA and for taking a moment to share your experience.

Fast service. I appreciate not having to pay to send my items or have them returned. The guy that called me today was very friendly and knowledgeable.

Free shipping both ways takes a lot of the risk out of the decision, and we're glad that made a difference for you. It's also great to hear the conversation with our team left such a positive impression. Friendly, knowledgeable people can make the process feel a whole lot easier. Thanks for sharing your experience with Cash for Silver USA.

If you are uniformed it may sound like a good deal. They asked what I would be looking for. Spot price of my silver was just under $7000. I told them it would have to be low to mid $5000’s and I know it is volatile right now They offered me a “10% Bonus” for sending it in. They offered under $3000 . The exact number was 41% of spot. It was almost insulting and a waste of time. I get people need to make money but they advertise they are the refiner eliminating the middle man. Well I don’t know a single middle man who pays less than this business. I wish them well but in my opinion learn what your items are valued at before taking an offer that can easily be more from just about anyone. Many pawn shops would pay that much. Good luck all hope this helps. Shop around you can find far better options.

Great appraisal price would have been 5 Star. However I clicked on PayPal payment and it chose UsPS instead. I had to call in to have it changed so I won't be paid today the gentleman on the said he would have to have the check cancelled and probably not PayPal until Monday. My previous sales I have always gotten paid the same day.

We're really glad you were happy with the appraisal, Kevin, even though the payment hiccup took a little shine off the experience. Thanks for calling so we could get it corrected. We know you've sold with us before and were expecting the same day PayPal payment you've received in the past, so we understand the frustration. We're sorry for the delay, but we're glad our team was able to step in and get everything sorted out.

I do appreciate the customer service. This is always good to have. However, if I wasn't stressed for cash.. i would have just gone elsewhere. The current spot price vs the offer is in my opinion considerably low. I sent the over 6g of silver. Spot price yesterday 89. I was given $313 and that included an extra 10% bonus. So. Quick math... i got $50/g 60%??? Sorry never again.

Thank you for the candid feedback. While we're glad our customer service left a positive impression, we're sorry the offer didn't meet your expectations. We understand that value is ultimately what matters most, especially when you're selling because you need the funds. We appreciate you giving us the opportunity, and we're disappointed we couldn't earn your business on the pricing this time. Your comments have been shared with our team and are valuable as we continue to evaluate our process.

I was worried about sending in my family sterling but handled very well. Communication was great. Initial offer was lower than I wanted but when I called they quickly gave more what I was expecting and check was received within 3 days. Will definitely consider them for selling things in future.

Thanks, Debra. Family pieces carry a lot more than just silver value, so we understand why you were hesitant to send them in. We're glad the experience gave you confidence from start to finish. It was worth the conversation if it meant reaching an offer that felt right to you, and we're happy everything came together quickly after that. Thanks for giving Cash for Silver USA the opportunity to earn your trust.
