I used their mailing address and it was picked on a Friday. I received a text it was in transit. Today, Monday, I received.a text it was received and being processed. Several hours later, I received a text it was ready. I accepted their offer. I live in NC and they are in MA. I couldnt have received better service if I lived in the same state as them! I will use them again and highly recommend that you do as well!!

When I first received an offer, it was for a lot less than I thought my silver was worth. They made me an updated offer which I still think was still below the value of my silver. But at this point I am happy with the outcome and the fast response and ease of transaction.

Great experience. Excellent customer service. They made it so easy for me ship the item. They sent me everything needed to mail my item and even offered to schedule a Fed Ex pick up from my house. As soon as I shipped the item and they received it, they notified me that it was being processed. A couple of days later they sent me an offer for a fair price, I accepted and within a couple hours the money was in my bank. So easy and stress free. Would definitely use them again!
