I was very hesitant to send my heirloom sterling silver items to an unknown entity the other side of the country. And, I had no idea if I'd receive a fair quote on the value. In the end, they were trustworthy, apparently of high integrity; re: the pricing, I have no idea if I received a fair price or not but the items are out of the house and I have a clear shelf or two.

We completely understand your hesitation, Jane. Sending heirloom pieces across the country is a big decision, especially when those items carry years of memories. We’re grateful you trusted Cash for Silver USA and that our communication and service helped provide peace of mind throughout the process. We’re glad we could help you clear some space while making the experience feel safe and straightforward.

Very fast service and turnaround. Love the ease of shipping! I realize you need to make a profit but I think your offer was a bit low for the weight of my silver and the current price of silver. I accepted reluctantly but will research other buyers as well going forward.

The first offer they sent to my email was less than 1/2 of what was the final outcome. I called them and they said the appraiser was mistaken and then made me a fair offer. If I was not aware of the weight and value of the flatware they would have paid me $1900 less. Without that issue the process was flawless, efficient, and quick.

Thank you for sharing your candid feedback, Mark. We appreciate you bringing the discrepancy to our attention and giving our team the opportunity to review your submission and correct the mistake. We understand how important it is for customers to feel confident in the evaluation process, especially with valuable items like sterling silver flatware. We’re glad we were able to resolve the issue and provide an offer you felt was fair, and we appreciate your recognition of the efficiency and communication throughout the rest of the process.
