- The website give so many "internal errors" that I cannot submit anything. I have tried different browsers and formats of the files. - There is no support help. They put on a show to make it seem like they are available. I have submitted multiple requests. - The call center agents are actively dropping the calls. Repeatedly. Back to back dropping the calls. You can wait in a long line to have them pick up for 1 second. You can request a call back and they do not let to ring for but one second before dropping the call. - The only option to get something submitted is fax. - They have poor trust scores

terrible company, still trying to get approval on one document that I've submitted seven times now. I would give negative stars if I could. I would NOT recommend at all

If I could rate this 0 stars I would. The communication is beyond horrendous. Every customer service rep says something different than the previous one. They will just hang up if they do not know the answer. Billing is also beyond terrible. They will lock you out of your account with no warnings, then expect you to pay $30. Whoever does the emails is beyond condescending. I have never been so frustrated with a website that is supposed to be of service to the customers in my whole entire life.

I would rate this 0 stars if I had a chance to. The customer service is bad, like most companies to save money and maximize profit they outsource their customer services and expect to wait at least over an hour to speak to a representative. The new online operating platform is counterintuitive and confusing to navigate. Not only are their services expensive for background checks, you basically provide them with all the information needed to get a recertification and still have to pay $90 + while you did all the foot work.

I’m telling you right now, if you are submitting vaccinations ONLY SUBMIT The vaccination record do not submit your full vaccination history with any negative titers on it, EVEN if the negative titer was BEFORE you were fully vaccinated. They told me i needed a MMR booster and new titer even though my negative titer was before i got fully vaccinated with both MMR shots. I called castle branch 6 times explaining the situation and they said they would approve my documentation, then rejects it. I send in a digital complaints 4 times and they tell me any negative titer is never ignored..okay but I already got both MMR vaccines, they don’t look at dates! why would i need a titer and a booster if im already immune and have proof?

Terrible. My account showed that am 100% compliant with my requirements. However, my application got rejected because the school said that am non-compliance. It's terrible. I will g8ve them negative 100 if that's possible.

If I could give them a zero star I would. I emailed my release for criminal background check the day after a purchased it. I never received an error message, on my end it looks like it went through. I then received a rejection for not submitting my release. I was on the phone over an hour just waiting to speak to a representative. They had be submit screenshot as proof that i emailed my release and they had the nerve to deny it and asked that I repurchase and submit again. absolutely ridiculous.

Customer service extremely rude and unhelpful. Significantly long wait times. If you value your students or employees don't use this service.
