Called 4 times on two devices only for them to keep hanging up on me before picking up. Each call took about 44-53 mins each to be on hold. Furthermore, each call while on hold listed they were in the same spot on the queue despite being different caller numbers. They called back but not on numbers I gave them as well and promptly hung up as soon as I answered. If there was a way to sue them, I would.

I thought castlebranch was rough last year but after the DISA buyout and rapid-fire mass changes it takes the cake for the worst clinical requirement tracker. 1st- when joining the program last year, we were told that for spring start everything had to be in my Dec 1st. Different date for fall. It is now a quarterly system, which meant multiple unanticipated expenses several months early. 2nd- uploading is a literal nightmare. If your document has more than like 5 letters (not symbols) it will not upload. 3rd- the agreement on one page and upload function on another, having to go back and forth between pages per document is ridiculous and not user friendly. 4th- last year's documentation is still up and the errors prevent downloading this years. They submitted a ticket for me over a week ago and IT has still not fixed the problem, causing me to now be overdue on my school requirements. At this point they are messing with people's futures. 5th- communication is spotty unless you call. They also sent me last year's document 4-5times until I all but threw a tantrum trying to explain AGAIN that I want the tracker confirmation that I paid for FOR THIS YEAR. School is hard enough as it is, I urge instructors to choose literally any other program for clinical tracking. Not to be dramatic but when I go for my grad degree I will be interviewing schools and rejecting any school that puts me through using this software again.

Worst customer service you could imagine!!! I can't even go to my clinicals because they won't answer my calls, drop my calls, or drop the call halfway through the conversation when I need help with approving documents, logging into my account, etc. Do yourself a favor and don't use this platform for your school.... Such a huge inconvenience

Absolutely terrible! Bad system and bad customer service. Been trying to get cleared for one of the tests for 3 weeks. It has either been rejected, or they'll process it and add another follow-up exam for the same thing. Calling them does not help at all.

We should be able to give ZERO stars. They’re the WORST company with the worst website and customer service EVER. You upload your documents according to these RIDICULOUSLY ARBITRARY RULES, then they take forever and reject your paperwork. WTF.

Worst service I have ever used. I'd rather walk 350 miles to my school and physically submit my documents than use this garbage.

I currently attend Purdue Global University, which uses Castlebranch for its nursing programs. This is the worst company for clinical requirements. First, I had to use them for another program, and I uploaded my immunizations. I have uploaded the SAME requirements for this program, and they rejected them with NO explanation. I am also seeing a duplicate order for the exact same program (WTH). I called and waited 47 mins only for the individual to disconnect the call before I even had the chance to explain what was going on. I swear, I am going to suggest that the school use a different platform, maybe Complio!

THE WORST PROCESS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE EVER EXPERIENCED IN MY LIFE! MAKING THE PROCESS FOR GETTING COMPLIANT SUPER DIFFICULT FOR NO REASON. THEY GIVE YOU THE RUN AROUND WITH NO CLEAR EXPLANATIONS AND MAKE IT EXTREMELY DIFFICULT TO GET ACCOMPLISHED WHATS NEEDED. I WISH ALL NURSING SCHOOLS WOULD STOP USING THEM.
