Please be sure to review our sizing guide to ensure you are wearing the correct sized Cage for your anatomy. https://cb-x.com/cb-x-sizing-guide/ It could be possible that you are wearing a Cage that is too large. We do have many users successfully wearing their CB-X long term, which it sounds like you know from reading our reviews. Additionally, be sure you are not over lubricating the area where the device sits against the pelvis, or under the scrotum, as this can cause the device to slide down. We do provide a Sizing Guide on our website to help with measuring and choosing the correct CB-X device for your anatomy. https://cb-x.com/cb-x-sizing-guide/ If you felt that the device was uncomfortable and didn't fit at all, then you are likely wearing a cage that is too small. Additionally, our largest U-ring in the kit may be too small for your scrotum, and we do offer an additional two sizes in the U-rings. Hello! Thank you for your honest review. We are terribly sorry this was your experience in our chastity device. I assure you that our cages are not glued together, the two sides are joined using ultrasonic welding. Our products are protected by a limited Warranty, covering any manufacturer defects. The issue you've experienced with the middle seam is most certainly covered by the Warranty. We would be happy to assist you with a Warranty and would greatly appreciate the opportunity to make your experience with CB-X and Chastity a more positive one. If you were able to remove the device while locked in, there is a chance you may not be using the correct U-ring and pin & spacer combination for your anatomy.
