Purchased iphone 7 plus. Excellent condition (really good condition)! No scratches that I can see. Plugged in SIM card and it worked right away. Got it 3 days after my order. Would use again. Great company. This company has all complete 5 star reviews on Swappa.

Believed the great reviews of this website to trade in smartphone. Went through the online form to get a value of $120. Mailed it in. Was told they were paying only $30 because of "scratches". The online form did not mention anything like this and the phone was certainly ok to use. So it seems unless your phone is in perfect pristine shape they won't pay the full amount. Won't do any business with this company again in the future.

Hello Miademad, we are so sorry you were not pleased with our service. Customer service is very important to us so if there was an issue where you are not happy we certainly would like the opportunity to address it. When the condition is selected there is a description of that condition the moment your cursor is on your selection. Our grading is lenient but an abundance of scratches fits the description of Fair condition. If you selected Good and it was in Fair condition we would have contacted you with a counter offer. All counter offers can be declined, and we would return the device to you at our expense. All this is stated in our FAQ's We do not see an order under Miademad so please let us know what name the order is under or provide the order ID. We would like to review this so please contact us ASAP at [email protected] Thank you Sam

Cell4pets is a great place to send in your unused/unneeded devices. The customer supports is quick and responsive. **UNDERSTAND** that if you send your device in around the Christmas holiday/around the end of the year, expect a tedious and long wait to receive a check from them, as they claim they are overwhelmed with many devices to test, which is understandable. Although I could have sold my device on Facebook/eBay much quicker, Cell4pets donates to a good cause, which justifies the longer wait. During the holidays, it wouldn’t be a bad idea to inform to all that are sending in phones, that it may take longer than expected, I first expected about 4-5 days to get a check, and instead waited roughly 15-20 days. ALSO UNDERSTAND, this was also USPS at fault as well, My payment for my device was sent out and it seemed to have been lost in the mail for about 7 days. Overall, Janet was very responsive and communicated to me very professionally, and deserves a raise. Thank you Janet take the next week off !

Donovan, thank you for your business and understanding. We did have a note posted on ourmain page about the delay during the holidays and also had a note about it in the "Received" email but your point is well taken. We appreciate your review and comments and Janet deserves, and will receive that raise. Happy New Year!

They are always great about getting back with you if you have any questions. Never doubted anything as far as selling goes. They are extremely friendly and quick! Prices are competitive. Will continue to use.

This is an EXCELLENT company. They provided the highest offer by far. $368 vs. Best Buy's $250. The 2nd closest offer was still only a little over $300. The service was also excellent. They provide email updates and even respond to texts immediately if you have any questions. Very smooth process. I highly recommend this company!
