I wish you could upload pictures with these reviews so I could copy the email conversation I had with support@centrobilldotcom. The only way to cancel payments is to go to the bank and cancel your card. No HD. Not worth what you pay. I would say horrible customer service but their customer service is non-existent...

Hi, help me please, i really want to cancel my subscriptions i am charging per something that I don’t know what is, so I really want cancel my subscriptions and my membership, Sorry but my experience was not the best :/

I purchased a premium account for $20 and while i was buying it an error occured, so i check my card and i was charged, so i go to my fancentro account and i dont have any memebership. I tried contacting centro bill SEVERAL TIMES, no response. I try looking my order up by email and i got nothing. I just aant my CONTENT OR MY MONEY ASAP.

After reading many of the bad reviews about Centrobill, I felt compelled to share my experience... I, like many others posting reviews, decided to join a models premium snapchat. I assume most of the other reviewers did the same thing as me.... didnt read EVERYTHING before paying and didnt cancel my trial before it ended. Subsequently I was charged in full... I wrote to their support and was explained why I was charged. They gave me the option to cancel my membership so I wouldnt be charged further. Moral of the story; 1. I was helped in a timely and efficient manner. 2. Read everything before agreeing and if you dont cancel in time, suck it up and chalk it up to it being your fault and not the company processing payments. 3. Dont blame others for your stupidity!

I shouldnt even be giving these people one star that's how bad this is. I was just charged $500 for a supposed two day free trial. I've emailed and sent voice messages to this company but haven't heard anything back yet. II do not hear anything back in the next day I will be contacting a lawyer to get this moving forward because this is complete and utter bs. Big scam. Now centrobill is calling me a blackmailer? What is wrong with you? Sandra Smith from snapchat sent me her link for a 2 day free trial, now i have been charged 500$ after signing up. Pleas Please refund me my money! I wanted to add a snapchat, but when i made the payment it automatically subscribed to another website, so instead of paying 25 i ended up paying 50. Now i dont even want the snapchat. i want a full refund Update: Where exactly? I cant find a "refund" button anywhere

I tried to cancel my trial, and had an issue. Customer service is non existent. Then I got charged TWICE. This is a scam.

Zero customer service. Tried emailing a couple of times about a billing situation, got absolutely no sign of a reply. Such a poor experience and would not recommend subscribing to services that bill you through this service. UPDATE CENTROBILL REPLY: I have used the contact form available on your website. Do you not take that into consideration?
