Bought the Omega 100W and 200W previously and now the Zeus 270W from Chargeasap. Very happy with the well designed products and considerate details they put into these chargers. For example, wattage table and different wattage for each port printed on the units. The ease to change the plug to different countries. It's a great accessory to have for travelers, techies and/or people that just needed to charge everything at once.

I’ve been using their powebanks, cables and chargers for a couple of years, I’ve had to replace one powebank that didn’t work, support did an excellent work with diagnostics and the replacement! One Infinity cable have broken probably my own fault, the other 15 I have work without any problems! Their chargers are also excellent they just work! I can only recommend Chargeasap!

I bought an external battery for more than $100 that never worked, it's been 5 months that I regularly relaunch the customer service which plays dead. I might change my mind if they finally decide to answer me...

Bought the Omega 200 Watt Gan Charger that I didnt receive until 7 months later than promised from ChargeASAP. I noticed that is what running very hot charging a phone and a laptop. Why I’m writing this is because the charger caught on fire and I’m thankful I was there otherwise it could have been very bad. I sent a note letting them know about this and I received a response with over 10 questions and within those questions there are sub questions that no one would be able to answer unless they were in a lab. The ask of ChargeASAP was to fill out this form that would easily take multiple hours, I almost got a feeling I am their Quality Assurance. End result, my experience with Customer Support (canned response) in receiving charger 7 months late, to the Customer Support (canned response - Mylene) in replacing the charger which has resulted in NO Replacement I would not recommend any of their products to purchase E

We appreciate your support of our small Australian start-up, as it can be challenging to compete with larger brands, which are Chinese companies that own the factories that produce their products. We would like to reassure you that we are a legitimate company and have launched 11 crowdfunding campaigns since 2016. We take pride in our transparency and honesty in dealing with our backers, and we strive to provide the best possible customer experience. Out of the 11 campaigns we have launched to date, this was only one that experienced shipping delays. Even our most recent campaign, which launched after, was shipped with no delays. We just wanted to quickly explain what crowdfunding is (we use Kickstarter & Indiegogo) to launch all our cool new products. You probably noticed that our products are pretty unique and not available in regular stores, which is why you decided to back us in the first place. Crowdfunding is a unique way of raising funds to bring innovative products to market. Unlike traditional retail channels, like our official Chargeasap website that dispatches orders in two business days, crowdfunding allows small businesses and start-ups to raise the necessary capital to produce and deliver their products to market. While crowdfunding campaigns can be incredibly successful, they do come with their own set of challenges. One of these challenges is the potential for delays in the delivery of products. Delays can occur due to a variety of reasons, such as manufacturing delays, supply chain disruptions, or unexpected setbacks during the production process. In our case, the COVID-19 pandemic and our original factory partner not producing our goods despite us paying upfront were major contributors to the delay in shipping your order. We tried to be as transparent as possible throughout the entire process, and we provided regular campaign updates that were posted to the campaign page to keep our backers informed of any delays or changes to the delivery timeline. This company is a scammer! the TRICK is they try to sell us something “NEW and Useful” 3 years ahead then get our money to start another “NEW and Useful” campaign again and again. Then after 3 years today, they will try to deliver the “NEW and Useful product” which is already OLD and not so Useful in order to keep their track record not so dirty then they can keep their games rolling! I backed their campaign in Indigogo THREE years ago and still haven't received anything!

I bought a flash pro plus for 300 usd and it was not what I expected. 1. the pad for apple watch has no hollow as it was shown on the images, so watch is just laying inclined on the powerbank 2. because of camera, iphone 14 pro is also laying inclined on the powerbank and is charging with less wattage that it could get 3. it barely charges iphone 14 pro 2 times, i doubt it has 25000 mah And about shipping – at first they agreed to ship to Tbilisi, Georgia, but after few weeks they wrote me and said it’s impossible for them, so i had to organize shipping myself. It took two months to get it. I posted the same review on their website and they never published it. All that for 300 usd

For the Apple watch concave design, we wish to advise that the rubber ring was removed to make it more aesthetically pleasing based on earlier feedback we had received before completing the production of Flash Pro. We also improved the magnetic strength of the Apple Watch charging pad so the rubber ring was no longer required. As for the iPhone 14, we apologize if the design of Flash Pro could not ensure good charging contact when the iPhone 14 is placed vertically on the wireless charging pad. Iphone 14 is a device released after Flash Pro has finished production, so our ability to ensure user experience will have no issues have been limited by innovations and newer devices. As an alternative, placing your phone horizontally should address the contact issue. Considering conversion loss and efficiency rate, Flash Pro should be able to charge your device up to 5 times. Capacity is affected be several factors, such as cable's length and power delivery it supports, device's activity while charging and active applications, battery health of the device, wired charging vs wireless charging, etc. Should you want your powerbank's capacity to be consulted, you may send us a message on chargeasap.com/support. As for the shipping method, shipping of powerbanks with large internal battery has been challenging since pandemic period, its availability isn't as consistent as the shipping methods for normal cables and chargers. Powerbanks are categorized as HazMat items (Hazardous Material) which are subject to stricter shipping protocols. There are periods when shipping methods are available, and there are times they aren't. Rest assured our shipping agents constinuously re-attempts shipping. The technology seems quite promising and they seem to be using quality components. However, the service and execution are extremely poor. 1. Customer service is slow and will only refer you to their FAQs. 2. You will never hit maximum watts or amps - this is why the product is useless since you can't charge your computer. 3. The wireless charging on the iPhone Flash Pro Plus doesn't work and won't work by design on the iPhone 13/14 Pro 4. There is no charging tip included on their cable. They show it as included but don't include it in the package. 5. It took a month to ship from the Netherlands to Switzerland - normally this is under 2 days with Amazon. 6. You can find better value elsewhere. 7. They don't allow negative reviews on their website.

We send the FAQs and troubleshooting articles to our customers, as the steps advised usually addresses the initially reported issue. By letting us know that issues persists despite following the suggested steps, it will make the assessment easier and resolution faster. As for the magnetic tip, the complimentary Infinity cable offerred indeed does not include a magnetic tip. This complimentary item isn't given to all backers, only to those who were able to avail a promotion or those who were our repeating backers from previous campaigns. The complimentary cable is the variation of the Infinity cable that is longer, and usually purchased by backers as extra cable so it does not include a magnetic tip. We also repeatedly reminded backers in our monthly updates that the complimentary cable does not include a magnetic tip. We apologize if the said information was not made more clear. While we are sad to know that your experience with us isn't the best, know that we are grateful for your support, and your suggestions are noted for the improvement of our products and services.
