Overpriced and Underperforming
Made the mistake of paying an absolute fortune for two 'powerbanks' when they were on indiegogo. Disappointed to say the least. When connected to any device they need to be constantly turned on - despite not having fully charged the devices(s) and take hours to recharge. There are much cheaper and more powerful options easily available on Amazon.

Awful customer service on defective/damaged items
I supported this company with an Indiegogo campaign, but when the charger arrived it was damage in transit. The company refused to replace it, and only offered me a $40 voucher, despite the charger being worth over $200. Their customer service is a joke!

Hi Peter, thank you for your feedback. Your enquiry was in regards to your Flash having arrived with scratches on the LED screen although everything functioned with no issues. As explained on our help centre and via email, each unit of Flash comes with a protective plastic sticker on the wireless charger, LED indicator, top and bottom panels. Never never this company again. Cheaters.
Never never this company again: Bought a charge asap dash and it never worked. I opened three requests for the same but instead of organizing the shipment for a new device I never got an answer except the initial mail. This behavior goes into direction of cheating. Better not to buy from this company.

SCAM!
SCAM!! FRAUDULENT!! SCAM!! Not delivering products! Provided a USPS tracking number that was created but the item never received by USPS. Now stating that I should file a claim with USPS. I am forever giving up on crowdfunding.

Hi, we're sorry to hear that USPS had lost your parcel and we immediately offered to resend you your parcel at no extra cost, which you have accepted. We have run 8 campaigns now and have successfully shipped to all 7 previous campaigns already.

They used to be great when started
They used to be great when started. I have invested 500+ USD into their various products. However my recent most experience was less than pleasant. Have bought a number of various tips and was not sure if one of the delivered ones was correct, as it looked off-place. Tried to clarify with Support and that is when the disaster started. It was a simple yes/no response that I was looking for, yet after 2 weeks of bouncing mails back and forth I was not closer to clarification. "Thank You very much for contacting us, Thank You very much for being loyal customer, Thank You very much for You patience" - all sort of pleasantries, but not one has answered my question. "Please fill the online complaint form". I don't want to complain, my product is not defective, I just need to clarify, but no, no such luck. Not one of the Support team has even tried to UNDERSTAND my question. I have left a negative comment on FaceBook page, but instead of sorting the issue, they just deleted the comment. Well, at least here they will not be able to. Such a shame that a great start-up ended up this way.
