Exceeded Every Expectation
If you're considering bidding on a Charitybuzz experience, I can't recommend them highly enough. From start to finish, the Charitybuzz team was organized, responsive, and incredibly professional. Communication was prompt, expectations were clear, and every question I had was answered quickly. They stayed on top of every detail and made what could have been a complicated process feel effortless. The experience itself exceeded my expectations. It never felt rushed or transactional, it felt thoughtfully planned and genuinely special. Charitybuzz clearly puts a great deal of care into making sure these moments are memorable, not just for the winning bidder, but for everyone involved. Beyond the incredible experience, it's easy to forget that your participation is also supporting meaningful charitable causes. Being able to create a once-in-a-lifetime memory while contributing to organizations doing important work is a rare combination. If you've been on the fence about bidding (or even requesting an experience), don't be. Charitybuzz delivers exactly what it promises, and then some. I wouldn't hesitate to participate again (and I have for years.)

Thank you so much for this. Taking the time to write such a thoughtful review, and for years of being part of the Charitybuzz community. We're especially glad to hear the process felt organized and effortless rather than transactional, that's exactly what we are aiming for. It also means a lot that you called out both the impact of these moments not just for yourself but alongside the support for meaningful causes. We can't wait to help you create the next one!

Operation Mincemeat and Mark's off Madison
Operation Mincemeat was fantastic and the seats were perfect. More importantly, I would really like to give a shout out to the staff and owner of Mark’s off Madison. They treated us spectacularly from the moment we walked in. They gave us more food than we could possibly eat and each course was perfect. It was really special. Thank you to everyone that helped make this night special for my son’s 15th birthday.

That kind of hospitality is exactly what we hope every Charitybuzz experience becomes. Thank you for letting us be a small part of the birthday celebration!
