Hi Tammy - thank you for your review and very sorry about FedEx delays. Unfortunately, FedEx while being a premier partner is out of our scope when it comes to on-time delivery. Since we cannot track all shipments it is impossible for us to know unless made aware. That's the only time when we can try to troubleshoot. While FedEx has a 97% - 98% on-time delivery, sometimes a package get delayed, related to covid, labor, weather etc...issues. It is always recommended to order with a bit of room, so if delays happened you are not stuck - and I can only sympathize with you for getting some unnecessary stress.
