I received my first box as a gift from work and we did an online team building exercise to see who could make the most appealing charcuterie board with the contents of the box. Not only was it fun but the cheeses and meats were so tasty I had to get another box. I’m a real fan now.

Would be nice if you confirmed that you actually sent the gift card purchased

Hi Daniela. Thank you for sharing your experience with us. I am sorry to hear about the negative experience, but would like to take the opportunity to solve the confusion. We do not ship physical "gift card". We send to the recipient a set of codes (numbers) to enter in the check out. These numbers confirm the value available to use. As soon as the transaction is completed and the delivery date is chosen, all is done automatically. If you wish to respond to help us improve our process please do so as we aim for our customer's satisfaction. With much warmth - Sebastien Hi Daniela - I tried to email you but unfortunately your email on "icloud" bounced back because it thinks I am a spam. Anyway, I tried to reach out when you first placed your order and after the review to discuss further. Unfortunately, not working out and this probably where the disconnect is coming from.

Orders always in good time and are fresh, well packed to arrive chilled.
