I’m very dissatisfied and disappointed with this store, don’t buy anything from them. They charged to my credit card twice Now I still working in my refund. Horrible service these people are overseas hard to speak to them.

I made a purchase in november for Christmas outfits for my girl. They said it would arrive between dec 3-13. The items shipped on november 24 (Canada post strike started on nov 15 so why would they even keep using them??). Needless to say the order wasnt on time. I just got it december 27 with a big 70$ duties extra to pay. Do not order from canada

I purchased Christmas pajamas on December 6th of 2024. They are not arriving until January 3rd 2025, when Christmas is over. I tried to cancel my order but customer service said the system doesn't allow it, even though at the time it was just in the processing stage. The Children's Place didn't tell their customers they use Canada Post for shipping and to expect delays on their website or elsewhere. Had I known, I would Not have ordered and purchased elsewhere. They kept taking orders even though they knew shipping was an issue. They didn't chose an alternative shipping company to ensure customers had their packages before Christmas. They chose to let their customers wait it out. The Children's Place has going on like it's business as usual, even deleting complaint post about this issue on their social media, not acknowledging there was even an issue. I will never order from them again

How this place is still in business is baffling. I ordered Christmas clothes for my kids late November. I receive no other emails informing me of when it will arrive. After weeks of nothing I called their customer service number. The woman wasn’t helpful in the slightest and couldn’t give me an answer if the order would arrive before Christmas. Since she couldn’t answer my questions she advised me that a manager would be calling me back later that night. NOPE. A few days later I found Christmas pjs from Carters (should have just gone there in the first place) So I called back and cancelled my order. She said it would take X amount of business days to see my refund back in my account. Great. Over a week later I receive an email that my order was “shipped.” I again, call their customer service and was told that employee “didn’t do her job right” and didn’t actually cancel my order. He wouldn’t cancel it now that it’s in transit. Are you kidding me? What am I going to do with Christmas pjs delivered AFTER Christmas? He also informs me that a manager would call me back later that night since he couldn’t help me. NO CALL ONCE AGAIN. This place is a joke. DON’T SHOP HERE. Buy from Carters, Old Navy, Amazon, even Walmart!

Same as all The others. Places order Nov 18, says still processing. Can’t get customer service on the phone nor do they return emails Won’t be ordering again from Them.

They send me *literally* 4 marketing emails a day some days but can’t respond to an email inquiry for the items they’ve shipped.

I ordered most of my grandkids Christmas clothes, including Christmas pj's that I give every Christmas eve, in November. I was given a delivery date of December 6th. I haven't received the items still and will have to scramble to replace. I would never had ordered from The Children's Place if I had known they were using canada post for delivery. I've messaged twice and no response. I am very disappointed.

Very disappointed in this retailer. Ordered Xmas pajamas in November and still says "processing" online. Customer service does not respond to emails and they appear to be hiding complaint comments on their social media. Obviously I will not be receiving these by Xmas and will be demanding a refund. Stick to old navy, h&m, Zara etc DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.
