So frustrated and I wish I looked up reviews before I bought anything. The price was tempting but that’s about all positive about this place. It takes almost a month to get things, sizes are ridiculous. I ordered 18-24 months size and I think I can fit in them. Whatever I ordered is too big for my 2 year old, so out of money and clothes for the season. Never again.

Ordered 31 items. They’re shipping them two at a time, sometimes 4. The first package I received had two items that were not apart of my order. The receipt and email both stated that my items were in the package, but they were not. I emailed them to let them know, so I could figure out how to get my real items, and still haven’t heard anything back.

If I could give it zero I would. This is the worse place to order clothing. I order $78 worth of clothing for my grandchildren and received a confirmation. Nine days later 3 items have shipped. Three other items canceled without notifying me and no shipping date on the remaining items. My total is now down to $48 and they're debiting my account by $2 and $3 at a time as it's shipped. Customer service after you get through the voice tree to talk to someone disconnects. They do not respond to emails. I would cancel but, I can't. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

I ordered my daughter clothes since April, never received my items rather got an email saying I returned all my item. I called custom service and not one reply even send it an email nothing. I used my place cash , and this is not even fair to me. This is so unprofessional.

I was making 2 orders to Spain recently. I ordered many things because of the high shipping and tax costs. We had 6 coupons that we used and it was a super offer. After we made the order, children’s place just cancelled some of the items, because the order was probably too cheap and without any info they just send it to Spain. Without our favourite things and most expensive ones in the order. The coupons are used, we don’t have them anymore. Couple days later we made another order and we put to the basket same items but regular price without the extra coupons. The order was taking much more time this time. Finally they did the same thing. Best items from the order they just cancelled without any information and sent the package. I was writing to them 9 days in a row now - no response ! Lack of profesionalism, 0 contact, 0 responsability. Horrible customer service ! Phone contact - nothing ! Always hanging up the phone and never ending story with too much customers in the line ! The only thing is the children’s clothes are nice. Other than that, they just do what they want without any respect to the customer ! 1 star is only for the clothes. If I could I would give 000000 zerooooo !

I ordered from children's place a few weeks ago. 5 pair of boys shorts , 2 Pj sets. Half of my order came. It Was perfect. Size was correct. Exactly what I ordered. Half of it never arrived. I understand due to covid things may be delayed or out of stock . However The Children's place did not notify me if its back ordered, or delayed. I recieved an email stating that everything had been delivered already . 2 pair of shorts were missing. I tried to contact them several times. Instead of being able to wait on hold , and speak to someone. It says high call volume and just hangs up on you. I tried emailing 4 times. No email response. So it looks like I will not receive 2 pair of shorts that I paid for ,and ordered . Nor will I be getting a refund. I really enjoyed their store before this , but I will never order from them again. I understand things are delayed during the pandemic, I've been very patient . There is no excuse to except peoples money, and not send the product ,or offer any customer service so that people can find out where / why their product was never shipped .

I love the Children's Place and have not had ANY ISSUES at all. I see all these 1 star and bad reviews on here. Yes, if they send the items out separately they will process seperate charges which they have always done 2 me but its never been for over what I paid. And as far as shipping. If its coming from USPS there is a major backage of packages with them so some companies have decided to use other services as of right now. Due to the pandemic alot of packages were stuck and limited so now that they are slowly being released its taking longer than usual. Which I mean anyone with common sense should understand, and if you cannot wait or don't want to then why did you order in the middle of a pandemic anyways esp when its been stated several times that packages would be prioritized. Last I ordered was right when the pandemic started and some of my packages came fast and there was 1 that took 2 weeks but I wasn't in any rush. I love them and will place many more orders.

This place is horrible. Still waiting on items from weeks ago. Reached out to customer service and still haven’t even gotten a response. I will NOT be purchasing from them again. AND if I don’t get my order by Friday I’m disputing the charge.
